TEXTUREPL.US TERMS AND CONDITIONS | END-USER AGREEMENT

Please read the following carefully, as your subscription purchase and use of Texture Plus product(s) implies that you have read and accepted the Terms of Use. Texture Plus reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.

This site, Texturepl.us is owned and operated by TriaLabs (hereafter referred to as TexturePlus, Texture+, site, we or Website). Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand this Terms And Conditions prior to downloading or using any of the materials and products from Texture Plus. You should carefully read all of the terms and conditions as your purchase and use of any product(s), membership, or services and the use of this Website and any materials or products available herein identifies that you agree to the following Terms and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions accordingly. If you do not agree to these terms, please donot use any of the materials or products available herein, and donot subscribe to Texture Plus Service.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Texture Plus BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF Texture Plus OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF.

2. Ownership and Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of Texture Plus products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of TexturePlus. The products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall my juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the products.

3. License & Usage

All files, including: Photoshop Patterns (.pat), Photoshop (.psd) files and images such as(.gif, .jpg, .png), are properity of TexturePlus. These files are not released under a GPL, but instead are given to all paying users on a personal use basis. These files are supplied to each paying user to use in their personal or client projects only. You may not offer them and share with friends or family, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

4. Warranty

Products at Texture Plus are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that products will work in all of your projects, nor do we guarantee that products will be suitable with any of your projects or applications. We do not guarantee compatibility of our textures, backgrounds or addons with any third party applications.

5. Modification & Credits

You are free to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your needs, however, you may not redistribute or share Texture Plus products, even after modifications have been made under any license whatsoever. You are not required to credit TexturePlus in your creations and include link back to Texturepl.us, understanding that all products downloaded are still copyright of Texturepl.us.

6. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds after a purchase is made. You are responsible for understanding upon purchasing items at Texturepl.us.

7. Products & Updates of Library

Texture Plus is not obligated to update the Products Library, however i will do my best to supply as much as possible new items on regular basis. In some situations like special days or holiday’s Texture Plus may offer discounts, for available discounts you can check our Recent Campaigns page.

8. Delivery

TexturePlus uses a State Of The Art Technology and tools for smooth Digital Items Delivery. After we have succesfully received your payment, you will receive instatly your link emailed to you where you can download the product. If for some reason you cannot download your item, please feel free to contact me.
